I am a visual artist and printmaker. I work extensively in the fields of printmaking, sculpture, drawing and painting. I graduated from the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts, Department of Printmaking, with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in 2006. I live and work in Tohmajärvi, North Karelia, Finland. 

I have held extensive solo exhibitions in Finland since 2001, and have worked full-time as a visual artist since 2006. I also do freelance graphic design, including illustrations and graphic design. My works have been exhibited abroad, including in Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Estonia and Poland. 

In 2007, I won first prize at the Nordic Printmaking Triennial in Holbaek, Denmark. In my art, I explore the world from a psychological, intuitive and fairy-tale perspective. The subconscious and the unconscious are strongly present in my works. The serial, broad themes of my works intertwine into a unified world.
